Obduramus has developed alternative trenchless repair solutions which reliably and permanently seal pipe damages internally.
Our Circum technology consists of a stainless steel sleeve surrounded by an EPDM rubber seal, both to be pressed against the inner pipe wall via an inflatable packer until sealing occurs and then to remain permanently locked in place by a strong mechanical lock.
Different sealing processes and diameters are available.
With this trenchless system a damaged pipe can be repaired within minutes, instead of many hours or several days.

The Circum MINI stainless steel rehabilitation sleeve is an internal pipe sleeve which has been approved by the DIBt (German Institute for Structural Engineering). It is positioned over the damaged spot using an inflatable packer and then pressed against the pipe walls.
Expanding the stainless steel sleeve presses the EPDM seal against the inner pipe walls and permanently seals the damaged spot.
The Circum LEM liner end sleeve is approved by the DIBt (German Institute for Structural Engineering). It using mechanical compression and seals the liner ends in pipes.
Enlarging the stainless steel sleeve presses the EPDM seal against the inliner and also permanently seals it to the host pipe.
The EPDM seal's special geometry ensures the bridging and sealing of any gaps within the lined pipe end.
